Ingredients
250 Grams French Beans, discard the ends & chop into 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 Cup Soya Chunks/Meal Maker Chunks, soak in hot water for 2-3 minutes & drain
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
Salt to Taste
1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
3/4 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1/2 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Seeds
1/2 Tspn Mustard(Avaalu) Seeds
1 Tblspn Coriander(Kothmir) Leaves, chopped
3/4 Cup Water or add as needed
1 Tblspn Oil

Directions
- Heat oil in a sauce pan on a medium flame; add cumin seeds, mustard seeds & saute for a minute.
- Now add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder & saute for another minute.
- Add soaked soya chunks & saute for 5 minutes.
- Now add chopped french beans & mix.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add water & cover with a lid.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes or until french beans turn soft. Turn off the flame & garnish with cilantro leaves.
- Serve with rice or roti.
