1 Tblspn Oil
2-3 Garlic Cloves, minced

Directions
- Wash chicken strips under running water & drain.
- Marinate chicken strips in buttermilk & salt. Cover & place it in a refrigerator for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours; add corn flour, little salt, egg(whisk egg in a bowl before adding), gingergarlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon oil to the marinated chicken strips & mix well. Cover & place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, heat enough oil in a pan/kadai to deep fry the marinated chicken. Once oil is hot enough fry the chicken strips on a medium high flame in 3-4 batches instead of all at a once until lightly browned for about 4-6 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
- Keep turning the chicken strips with a strainer ladle while frying. Transfer them to a plate lined with paper towel to remove excess oil.
- For seasoning; heat oil in a pan & add curry leaves, green chillies, minced garlic on a medium flame. Saute for a minute or until the curry leaves turn crisp.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder & saute for another minute. Now add yogurt, soya sauce & mix well.
- Add fried chicken strips & toss for 2-3 minutes & turn off the flame. Finally garnish with cilantro leaves.
- Serve with onion rings & lemon wedges.
