Directions
- Heat oil in a sauce pan on a medium flame; add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chana dal & saute for a minute.
- Now add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent. Add gingergarlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder & saute for another minute.
- Add raw banana pieces & mix everything well. Sprinkle water & mix again.
- Cover with a lid & cook for 10-15 minutes on a medium-low flame by stirring occasionally or until they turn soft.
- Finally garnish with cilantro leaves & serve with rice.
