250 Grams Chicken, wash & cut into small cubes
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
3/4 Tspn Chaat Masala Powder
Salt to Taste
1 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves, chopped
1 Tblspn Oil
For Sandwich
4-6 White or Brown Bread Slices
3 Tspn Green Chutney (optional)
3 Cheese Slices (you can use your choice of cheese)
1 Tblspn Butter/Ghee

Directions
For Stuffing
- Heat oil in a wide pan on a medium flame, add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste & saute for a minute. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, chaat masala powder & saute for another minute.
- Add chopped chicken cubes, cilantro leaves & saute for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is cooked completely.
- Turn off the flame & keep aside.
- For assembling a sandwich; take a bread slice & spread two teaspoon of green chutney over it (check out my blog for green chutney recipe).
- Place 3 tablespoons of chicken stuffing.
- Place a slice of cheese over the stuffing & cover it with another bread slice.
- Repeat the process with remaining bread slices.
- Heat a tawa on medium-low flame; spread little butter on tawa with a spatula or apply on top of each bread slice & place chicken sandwich on tawa. Toast the sandwich on both sides until golden brown & crisp.
- Transfer to a plate & cut each chicken sandwich diagonally.
- Serve chicken sandwich immediately.
