1/3 Cup Orange Bell Pepper, finely chopped (you can use your choice of bell pepper/capsicum)

4 Bread Slices (i used whole wheat bread)
Salt to Taste
3/4 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1/4 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Powder
1/2 Tspn Chaat Masala or 1/4 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
1 Tblspn Tomato Ketchup
2 Tblspn Cilantro Leaves(Kothmir), chopped
2 Tspn Butter/Ghee(Clarified Butter)

1 Medium Sized Tomato, finely chopped
1 Large Sized Onion, finely chopped1/3 Cup Orange Bell Pepper, finely chopped (you can use your choice of bell pepper/capsicum)

1/4 Tspn Mustard Seeds
4 Bread Slices (i used whole wheat bread)
Salt to Taste
3/4 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1/4 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Powder
1/2 Tspn Chaat Masala or 1/4 Tspn Garam Masala Powder

Directions
- Heat oil in a sauce pan on medium flame, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds & let them splutter. Add chopped onion & cook until they turn translucent. Now add grated carrot, chopped bell pepper & saute for another 3-5 minutes.
- Add chopped tomato & cilantro leaves. Cook until they turn soft & mushy.
- Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, chaat masala or garam masala, cumin powder & saute for a minute. Finally add tomato ketchup & mix everything well.
- Turn off the flame & keep aside.
- Heat a tawa on medium-low flame; spread little butter/ghee on tawa with a spatula or apply on both sides of each bread slice & toast them on both sides until golden brown & crisp. Transfer them to a plate & keep aside.
- Take a toasted bread slice & place 2 tablespoons of prepared veg masala. Repeat the process with remaining toasted bread slices & cut each masala bread toast diagonally.
- Serve masala bread toast immediately.
