3 Cups Cooked Rice (1 cup uncooked rice yields 3 cups cooked rice)
1 1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese/Paneer, grated
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
1 Large Sized Tomato, chopped
1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
Salt to Taste
1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1/2 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
3/4 Tspn Pav Bhaji Masala or 1/2 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
1 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves
1 Tblspn Oil

Directions
- Heat oil in a pan or kadai on medium flame; add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, pav bhaji masala or garam masala powder & saute for another minute.
- Add the chopped tomato & mix. Cook until they turn soft & mushy.
- Now add the grated paneer & mix everything well. Saute for 2-3 minutes over a medium-low flame.
- Add cooked rice & mix everything well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes & turn off the flame.
- Finally garnish with cilantro leaves & serve.
