1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1/4 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
2 Tblspn Water
1 Tblspn Oil

Directions
- Finely chop white onion bulbs separately from the greens & keep aside.
- Heat oil in a sauce pan on a medium flame; add chopped white onion bulbs & fry until they turn translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder & saute for another minute.
- Now add chopped tomatoes & mix everything well.
- Cook until tomatoes turn soft & mushy. Add water & cook for a minute.
- Finally add chopped greens & mix everything well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Turn off the flame.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
