1 Cup White Rice
1/2 Cup Dill Leaves, chopped
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
Salt to Taste
1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1/2 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tspn Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 Tblspn Lemon Juice
2 Cups Water
1 Tblspn Oil/Butter

Directions
- Wash rice under running water & transfer to a rice cooker (drain water completely before adding). Add 2 cups of water into rice & allow it to soak for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame; add cumin seeds & let them splutter.
- Now add chopped onion & saute until they turn translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste & saute for a minute. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder & saute for another minute.
- Add dill leaves & mix everything well.
- Saute for 2-3 minutes & turn off the flame. Add lemon juice & mix everything well.
- Transfer onion dill leaves mixture into a rice cooker containing rice, water. Mix everything well & cover with a lid.
- Turn on the rice cooker & if needed select the correct cooking option according to your rice cooker.
- Once the dill leaves rice is cooked, rice cooker shuts off.
- Serve dill leaves rice with raita.
