Directions
- Heat oil in a sauce pan on a medium flame, add onion & saute untill they turn translucent.
- Add curry leaves, gingergarlic paste, turmeric powder & saute for a minute. Add red chilli powder, salt & saute for a second.
- Add chopped tomatoes & cook for 12-15 minutes.
- Finally garnish with cilantro leaves & turn off the flame.
- Serve hot with rice or roti or tandoori roti.
