Note: For Papdis:
Add a cup of maida, teaspoon of salt, 3/4 teaspoon of ajwain, tablespoon of oil, 1/3 cup of water or add as needed in a mixing bowl & combine everything to form a stiff dough. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes & divide the dough into 4 equal sized balls. Using a rolling pin roll each dough ball into a thin shaped circular disc & cut them into small circles using a cookie cutter or lid. Deep fry them until golden brown & crisp. Transfer them to a plate lined with paper towel & let them cool at room temperature. Store them in an airtight container & stays fresh for 15-20 days.
