Ingredients
For Rava Dosa Batter
1 Cup Sooji(Bombay Rava)
1 Cup Rice Flour
1 Cup Rice Flour
1/3 Cup Maida/Refined Wheat Flour
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
2 Green Chillies, chopped
1 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Seeds
1/2 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
Few Curry Leaves, chopped
2 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves, chopped
Salt to Taste
Water as needed
Oil as needed
For Paneer Stuffing
1 1/4 Cup Paneer/Cottage Cheese, grated
1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tspn Garlic Powder or 1-2 Minced Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tspn Chaat Masala powder
Directions

Oil as needed
For Paneer Stuffing
1 1/4 Cup Paneer/Cottage Cheese, grated
1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tspn Garlic Powder or 1-2 Minced Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tspn Chaat Masala powder
Directions
- For paneer stuffing, add all the ingredients listed in a mixing bowl & combine everything well. Keep aside.
- For rava dosa batter, add all the ingredients except oil & combine everything well. Batter must be very thin or watery consistency.
- Heat tava/nonstick skillet on a medium flame, apply 1/4 teaspoon oil on the tava & spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Pour a ladle full of batter from the edges towards the center & sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon oil around the edges.
- Cook till the base is golden & crisp or until edges start browning a bit. Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of paneer mixture on top of rava dosa & cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Pass the spatula under it to ease the rava dosa off the pan, fold & transfer to a plate.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- Serve paneer rava dosa with peanut chutney, coconut chutney, ginger chutney, onion chutney & sambar.
