Ingredients
For Soya Chunks Fry
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
1 Cup Soya Chunks/Meal Maker Chunks
Salt to Taste
3/4 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
1/4 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
Salt to Taste
3/4 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
1/4 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tspn Chaat Masala
2 Tblspn Oil
2-3 Cheese Blocks, shredded (optional)
1 Tblspn Cilantro Leaves(Kothmir)
1 Tblspn Mint Leaves(Pudina)
For Assembling Wrap
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
4 Chapathis/Rotis
8 Tblspn Veg Mayonnaise
Directions
- Soak soya chunks in hot water for 2-3 minutes & drain. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame; add chopped onion & saute until they turn translucent.
- Now add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder & mix everything well.
- Add mint leaves, cilantro leaves & mix everything well.
- Saute for a minute & add soaked soya chunks. Mix everything well & saute for 8-10 minutes.
- Finally add grated cheese & mix. Turn off the flame & keep aside.
- For assembling a wrap, take ne chapathi/roti & spoon the soya chunks fry lengthwise on the center of the chapati.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of veg mayonnaise on the soya chunks as shown in the picture below & sprinkle few finely chopped onion.
- Wrap the chapathi/roti & repeat the process with remaining chapathis.
- Serve soya chunks wrap for lunch or dinner.
Note:
- Prepare chapathi & soya chunks fry in advance. Assemble them into wraps only when you are ready for serving.
- You can also add mashed avocado (add little salt, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon lemon juice in mashed avocado & mix).
