Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Soya Chunks
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
5-6 Green Chillies
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1/2 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
1/4 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tspn Chaat Masala Powder
3 Tblspn Gram Flour/Besan
2 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothimir) Leaves
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
5-6 Green Chillies

1/2 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1/2 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
1/4 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tspn Chaat Masala Powder
3 Tblspn Gram Flour/Besan
2 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothimir) Leaves
2 Tblspn Mint(Pudina) Leaves

Directions
- Soak soya chunks in hot water for 15 minutes & drain water completely.
- In a mixie jar; add soaked soya chunks, green chillies, gingergarlic paste, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, coriander powder, cilantro leaves, mint leaves, salt & grind into a coarse paste.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl & add chopped onion, gram flour. Combine everything well.
- Make oval shaped kababs out of soya mixture( yields 12-14 balls) & keep aside.
- Preheat the oven to 400F(204C) & coat the baking pan with cooking spray.
- Arrange the kababs on a baking tray & brush with some oil on top of each kabab.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on both sides, turning once half way.
- Carefully remove the pan from oven & transfer them to a plate.
