1 Cup Tender Tamarind Leaves/Chinta Chiguru, tightly packed
1/4 Cup Green Raw Mango Pieces(Mamidikaya), chopped
2-3 Green Chillies, broken
Salt to Taste
2 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1 Tblspn Gingergarlic Paste
1 Cup Water or add as needed

Directions
- Wash mutton pieces under running water & keep aside to drain.
- Discard the stems from tender tamarind leaves & crush leaves with your hands.
- Heat pressure cooker on a low flame; add onion, mutton pieces, gingergarlic paste, turmeric powder, mint leaves, pudina leaves & mix everything well.
- Cover with a lid & cook until all the water evaporates or until onion turns soft (approx 10-12 minutes).
- Now add oil, red chilli powder, green chillies, salt & mix.
- Saute for a minute & add water.
- Add tender tamarind leaves, raw mango pieces & mix.
- Close the cooker lid & pressure cook for 6-7 whistles or until mutton turns soft on a medium flame. Turn off the flame & let the pressure release naturally.
- Open the lid & serve hot with rice or roti or tandoori roti.
