500 Grams Prawns/Shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 Medium Sized Onion, chopped finely
2 Medium Sized Tomatoes, chopped
1 Tblspn Red Chilli Powder
2-3 Green Chillies, slit on one side
1/2 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1 Tblspn Gingergarlic Paste
1/2 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
3 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves, chopped
3 Tblspn Mint(Pudina) Leaves, chopped
1 Cup Water or add as needed
2 Tblspn Oil

Directions
- Wash shrimp under running water & drain completely.
- Heat oil in a sauce pan on medium flame, add green chillies, chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent.
- Now add gingergarlic paste & saute for a minute.
- Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder & saute for another minute.
- Now add shrimp & combine well.
- Add mint leaves, cilantro leaves & mix everything well. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until oil separates.
- Add chopped tomatoes; cook till they turn soft & mushy.
- Now add water & mix well.
- Cover with a lid.
- Cook for another 12-15 minutes or until shrimp is tender & soft.
- Turn off the flame & serve hot with rice or roti or tandoori roti.
