Egg Fry

Yields: 1-2 Servings


Ingredients

2 Boiled Eggs, peel & slice each egg into two halves
1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
Salt to Taste
1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1/4 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
Few Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves
1 Tblspn Oil

Directions
  • Heat oil in a pan on medium-low flame, add gingergarlic paste, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder & mix everything well.
  • Now add sliced boiled eggs & mix. Cook for 3-5 minutes & turn off the flame. Garnish with few cilantro leaves.
  • Serve egg fry as a side dish with rice & sambar or serve it with chapathi/roti.
