Ingredients

300 Grams Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Tspn Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1/4 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tspn Chaat Masala (optional)
1/2 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
1 Tblspn Cilantro Leaves (Kothmir)
2 Tblspn Oil

Directions
  • Wash sliced mushrooms under running water & drain.
  • Heat oil in a pan on a medium-low flame, add washed mushrooms & saute for 15 minutes.
  • Now add gingergarlic paste & saute for another minute. Now add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, chaat masala & mix everything well.
  • Saute for another 5 more minutes or until mushroom is cooked & turn off the flame.
  • Finally garnish with cilantro leaves & serve with rice or roti.
