1/2 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
1 Tblspn Cilantro Leaves (Kothmir)

Directions
- Wash sliced mushrooms under running water & drain.
- Heat oil in a pan on a medium-low flame, add washed mushrooms & saute for 15 minutes.
- Now add gingergarlic paste & saute for another minute. Now add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, chaat masala & mix everything well.
- Saute for another 5 more minutes or until mushroom is cooked & turn off the flame.
- Finally garnish with cilantro leaves & serve with rice or roti.
