6-8 Bread Slices

1/2 Tspn Chaat Masala or 1/4 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
1/4 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
4 Tspn Green Chutney (optional)
1 Medium Sized Tomato, sliced
1 Medium Sized Onion, sliced

Ingredients

Directions
- In a bowl add grated paneer, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, gingergarlic paste, yogurt & mix everything well (you can also add chopped cilantro leaves, grated carrot, finely chopped capsicum).
- For assembling a sandwich; take a bread slice & spread a teaspoon of green chutney over it (check out my blog for green chutney recipe).
- Place 3 tablespoons of paneer stuffing followed by 2 sliced tomatoes & 3-4 sliced onions.
- Cover it with another bread slice.
- Repeat the process with remaining bread slices.
- Heat a tawa on medium-low flame; spread little butter on tawa with a spatula & place paneer sandwich on tawa.
- Toast the sandwich on both sides until golden brown & crisp.
- Transfer to a plate & cut each paneer sandwich diagonally.
- Serve paneer sandwich immediately.
