Ingredients

Directions
- Tear the roti into small pieces with your hands or shred it into pieces & keep aside.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl with a spoon & keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan or kadai on medium flame; add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder & saute for another minute (in this step you can add few curry leaves).
- Add the chopped tomatoes & mix. Cook until they turn soft & mushy.
- Add water & cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Now pour in the whisked eggs & scramble lightly.
- Once eggs are half cooked add roti pieces & mix everything well. Saute for another 4-6 minutes or until egg is cooked completely.
- Add garam masala powder & mix everything well. Cook for another 2 more minutes.
- Lastly add cheese & mix everything well.
- Cook until cheese melts & turn off the flame.
- Serve immediately.
