1 Medium Sized Potato; boiled, peeled & mashed
4 Bread Slices
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
1 Medium Sized Tomato, discard the seeds & chop finely
1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
1/4 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tspn Chaat Masala Powder
1/8 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1 Tblspn Cilantro Leaves, chopped
2 Tblspn Butter/Ghee(Clarified Butter)

Directions
- Boil potato in a microwave or in a pressure cooker; peel & mash it in a bowl. Add red chilli powder, salt, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chaat masala, garam masala powder, gingergarlic paste, cilantro leaves & mix everything well. Keep aside.
- Apply butter/ghee on both sides of each bread slice & keep aside.
- Take one bread slice; place 3 tablespoons of potato stuffing & cover it with another bread slice.
- Repeat the process with remaining bread slices.
- Place the sandwiches in an electric grill & grill them until golden brown.
- Transfer them to a plate & cut each potato sandwich diagonally.
- Serve grilled potato sandwich immediately with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
