1 Cup Soya Chunks/Meal Maker Chunks, soak in hot water for 2-3 minutes & drain
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
5 Medium Sized Tomatoes, chopped
Salt to Taste
2 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
1 Tspn Dry Coconut Powder
3/4 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1/4 Tspn Garam Masala Powder(optional)
1/2 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Seeds
1/2 Tspn Mustard(Avaalu) Seeds
1 Tblspn Coriander(Kothmir) Leaves, chopped
2 Tblspn Mint(Pudina) Leaves, chopped
3/4 Cup Water or add as needed

2 Tblspn Mint(Pudina) Leaves, chopped

Directions
- Heat oil in a sauce pan on a medium flame; add cumin seeds, mustard seeds & saute for a minute.
- Now add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent. Add gingergarlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, dry coconut powder, garam masala powder & saute for another minute.
- Add soaked soya chunks & saute for 5 minutes. Now add chopped tomatoes & cook until they turn soft. Add water, cilantro leaves, mint leaves & cover with a lid. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until soya chunks turn soft. Turn off the flame & transfer to a bowl.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
