1 Medium Sized Tomato, chopped
1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder

1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
3/4 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1/2 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
1/4 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Seeds
1/8 Tspn Mustard(Avaalu) Seeds
1 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves
1/4 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
2 Tblspn Oil

1/2 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
1/4 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Seeds

Directions
- Whisk eggs in a bowl with a spoon.
- Heat oil in a pan or kadai on medium flame; add cumin seeds, mustard seeds & saute for a minute.
- Now add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder & saute for another minute.
- Add the chopped tomatoes & mix. Cook until they turn soft & mushy.
- Now pour in the whisked eggs & scramble lightly.
- Once it is cooked add garam masala powder & mix everything well. Cook for 2 more minutes & turn off the flame.
- Finally add cilantro leaves & serve with tandoori roti or roti or lachcha paratha.
