2 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
3/4 Tspn Pepper Powder
3/4 Tspn Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tblspn Gingergarlic Paste
1 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
1 Tspn Dry Coconut Powder
1/8 Tspn Fenugreek(Methi) Powder
1/4 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Powder
2 Tblspn Lemon Juice
2 Tblspn Oil

Directions
- Wash fish pieces under running water & drain water completely. In a bowl add all the ingredients except oil & mix everything well. Cover with a plastic wrap & place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a wide pan on medium flame; place marinated fish pieces in pan & cover with a lid. Cook for 20 minutes or until fish turns tender & soft, turning once halfway. Transfer them to a plate & garnish with cilantro leaves.
- Serve fish fry as a starter or as a side dish.
