Ingredients
1 Cup Cottage Cheese/Paneer, grated

Directions
- Heat oil in a pan or kadai on medium flame; add cumin seeds, mustard seeds & saute for a minute. Now add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder & saute for another minute.
- Add chopped tomato & mix. Cook until they turn soft & mushy.
- Now add the grated paneer & mix everything well. Saute for 2-3 minutes over a medium-low flame.
- Add garam masala powder & mix everything well. Cook for a minute & turn off the flame.
- Finally add cilantro leaves & serve with tandoori roti or roti or lachcha paratha.
