Ingredients
2 Medium Sized Capsicum/Green Bell Pepper, wash & cut into small cubes
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
2 Medium Sized Tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
3/4 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
1 Tspn Dry Coconut Powder
1 Tspn Sesame(Til/Nuvvulu) Powder
1 Tblspn Peanuts(Groundnuts/Palli) Powder
Salt to Taste
1 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves
1 Tblspn Oil
1/2 Cup Water or add as needed
Directions
- Heat oil in a wide pan on a medium flame, add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste & saute for a minute. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt & saute for another minute.
- Add chopped capsicum & saute for 2 minutes.
- Now add chopped tomatoes & cook until tomatoes turn soft & mushy.
- Add coconut powder, sesame powder, groundnut powder & mix everything well.
- Saute for a minute & add water. Cook until gravy thickens & capsicum turns soft.
- Turn off the flame & garnish with cilantro leaves.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
