250 Grams King Crab Claws or Regular Crab, cleaned & washed
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 Tblspn Red Chilli Powder
2 Green Chillies, slit on one side (optional)
1/2 Tspn Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
1 Tblspn Gingergarlic Paste
Tamarind Lemon Sized or add as needed, extract pulp
1 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
2 Tspn Dry Coconut Powder
1/4 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Powder
1/4 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
Few Curry Leaves
2 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves, chopped
1 1/2 Cup Water or add as needed

Directions
- Heat oil in a sauce pan on a medium flame, add green chillies(optional), onion & saute till golden brown.
- Add gingergarlic paste & saute for a minute. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, dry coconut powder, curry leaves & saute for another minute.
- Now add the washed crab & mix everything well. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until oil separates.
- Add tamarind extract, water (crab pieces should be completely immersed or you may add more water if you need to) & cover with a lid.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until crab turns soft; now add garam masala powder. Cook for another 3-5 minutes & turn off the flame.
- Finally garnish with cilantro leaves & serve hot with rice.
