4 Boiled Eggs, peel & slice each egg into two halves
1 Large Sized Onion, chopped finely
1 Medium Sized Tomato, chopped
3/4 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Tspn Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
1/4 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
1/2 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
1/4 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
1/4 Tspn Chaat Masala (optional)
2 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves, chopped
Few Curry Leaves, washed
1 Tblspn Oil

Ingredients

Few Curry Leaves, washed

Directions
- Heat oil on a tawa on medium flame, add onion & fry until they turn translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste & saute for a minute.
- Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, chaat masala & saute for another minute.
- Add curry leaves, cilantro leaves (reserve few for garnish) & saute for a second. Now add chopped tomato & cook until they turn soft & mushy (in this step you can also add a tablespoon of water).
- Add sliced eggs & carefully mix everything well.
- Finally garnish with cilantro leaves & turn off the flame.
- Serve as a side dish with rice & sambar or serve it with chapathi/roti.
