Ingredients
6 Boiled Eggs, peeled & grated
1 Medium Sized Onion, finely chopped
1 Medium Sized Tomato, chopped
1 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
Salt to Taste1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
3/4 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
1/2 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
2 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves
1/4 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
1/3 Cup Water
2 Tblspn Oil
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan or kadai on medium flame; add chopped onion & fry until they turn translucent.
- Add gingergarlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, pepper powder & saute for another minute.
- Add chopped tomato & mix. Cook until they turn soft & mushy.
- Now add grated boiled eggs & saute for 1-2 minutes.
- Add water & mix everything well. Cook for 2-4 minutes.
- Add garam masala powder, coriander powder & mix everything well. Cook for a minute & turn off the flame.
- Finally garnish with cilantro leaves & serve with tandoori roti or roti or lachcha paratha.
