500 Grams Mutton, bone-in & cut into medium sized pieces
1 Large Sized Onion, chopped finely
1 Medium Sized Tomato, chopped
1 Tblspn Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tspn Pepper Powder
Salt to Taste
1 Tblspn Gingergarlic Paste
1 Tspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
1/2 Tspn Garam Masala Powder
1/4 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Powder
1/2 Cup Fresh Homemade Coconut Milk
2 Tblspn Cilantro(Kothmir) Leaves, chopped
1 Tblspn Mint Leaves (Pudina)
1 1/2 Cup Water or add as needed

Directions
- Wash mutton pieces under running water & keep aside to drain.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker on a medium flame, add onion, green chillies & saute till golden brown.
- Add gingergarlic paste & saute for a minute. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder & saute for another minute.
- Now add the washed mutton, cilantro leaves, mint leaves & combine well. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until oil separates.
- Add chopped tomato & mix everything well.
- Cook for another 3-5 minutes or until tomato turns soft. Add coconut milk & mix everything well.
- Now add water & close the cooker lid.
- Pressure cook for 6-7 whistles or until mutton turns soft. Turn off the flame & let the pressure release naturally.
- Open the lid & serve hot with rice or roti or tandoori roti.
