Egg Pulusu/Egg Masala Curry

Ingredients

8-10 Eggs, boiled & peeled
1 Large Sized Onion, chopped
2 Tspn Red Chilli Powder
Salt to Taste
1/4 Tspn Turmeric Powder
1 Tspn Gingergarlic Paste
Lemon Sized Tamarind or add as needed, extract pulp
1 Tblspn Coriander(Dhania) Powder
2 Tspn Dry Coconut Powder
1 Tblspn Sesame(Til/Nuvvulu) Powder
1/4 Tspn Fenugreek(Methi) Powder
1/2 Tspn Cumin(Jeera) Powder
11/2 Cup Water
2 Tblspn Oil

Directions
  1. Make vertical slits on each boiled egg & keep it aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a sauce pan on medium flame, add onion & fry until they turn translucent. Now add gingergarlic paste & saute for one minute. 
  3. Add chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coconut powder, fenugreek powder, cumin powder, sesame powder, coriander powder & saute for another minute. Now add tamarind extract, water & mix well. Let it cook for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Add boiled eggs & cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  5. Turn off the flame. Serve hot with rice or roti or tandoori roti.
