Prep Time: 2min Bake Time: 10min Cook Time: 5min Total Time: 17min Yield: 1 Sandwich Ingredients 1 Bagel 1 Egg 1/4 Cup of Cheddar Cheese,shredded Salt as needed 1/8 Tspn Black Pepper Powder 1 Tspn Oil Directions Slice the bagel into two halves & keep aside. Preheat the oven to 350F(176.7C) & line a baking tray with an aluminium foil coated with cooking spray. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame & add egg. Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder & cook until base is golden brown colour. Flip to cook other side as well & turn off the flame. Keep aside.
